This project is coordinated by&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wtelecom.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wellness Telecom<\/a>(Spain), and is part of a consortium of European companies and institutes giving services to adult population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INNOVCARE\u2019s vision is to bring to the market a new ICT support system that is designed specifically to provide care services and innovative self-care to this population. INNOVCARE includes prevention and care management in an innovative and comprehensive manner, involving health professionals, informal carers and older people \u2013 all as a team \u2013 to work together to improve the health of the elderly and their wellbeing in three main pillars: (1) physical activity monitoring through mobile technology, (2) assessment of neurological status via mobile smartphones and (3) self-care support network also promoting the participation of informal carers and exchange of information between those 3 team members. INNOVCARE partners consider this model as a basis for improving and promoting behavior change among the elderly, from passive patients to committed individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INNOVCARE will be a new platform with a suite of applications and wearables that are developed by the different partners, using the LifeOnKey platform as the infrastructure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"847\" height=\"544\" src=\"https:\/\/lindaharnevo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Screen-Shot-2015-03-22-at-5.05.50-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1186\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LifeOnKey has succeeded on a second AAL project, INNOVCARE, which will be based on LifeOnKey platform.
