Recently – LifeOnKey has launched a new suite of products, all telehealth products based on its INTEGRA platform.
The products have been created – based on deep research and customized for each disease or condition:
- LifeOnKey works with a set of hospitals and clinics to study the requirements;
- LifeOnKey customizes with the physicians and researchers – the use of INTEGRA’s modules, rule engine, and action engine (to set the alerts: to whom, how (what action) and when);
- they build the different applications (health professionals, admin, patients, caregivers, etc.) – based on the requirements, and customize the patients’ app to include the specific PRO (Patient’s Reported Outcome);
- pilot it with them in order to refine the final result, and then
- commercialize the new product
INTEGRA for COVID-19 – customized to screen for COVID-19 symptoms and assess patients for potential exposure. A mobile application, and virtual telemedicine visits can be used to evaluate patients for COVID-19 symptoms, assess the severity of their symptoms, and decide whether the patient needs to be seen for evaluation, admitted to the hospital, or can be managed at home.In addition, patients at home with Corona can be monitored by the system, using wearables, virtual visits and more.
INTEGRA Pregnancy – customized for monitoring pregnancy and high risk pregnancy . Includes applications for health professionals, admin (from hospitals, clinics or payers), patients, and caregivers. These sets of applications include use of IoT and sensors (including home ultrasound). All applications and rules for the rule engine (to set the rules for monitoring) can be customized per client.
INTEGRA Diabetes – customized for monitoring diabetes and diabetes and pregnancy . Includes applications for health professionals, admin (from hospitals, clinics or payers), patients, and caregivers. These sets of applications include use of IoT and sensors (including glucometers, pumps, etc.). All applications and rules for the rule engine (to set the rules for monitoring) can be customized per client. Special alert dashboards for both health professionals and patients
INTEGRA Cardiology and INTEGRA Heart Failure– two different set of customizations for monitoring (i) general cardiology and (ii) heart failure. Includes applications for health professionals, admin (from hospitals, clinics or payers), patients, and caregivers. These sets of applications include use of IoT and sensors (including glucometers, pumps, etc.). All applications and rules for the rule engine (to set the rules for monitoring) can be customized per client. Special alert dashboards for both health professionals and patients.
This application was originally developed funded by an AAL project (AAL-2014-157) – SmartBEAT.
Will be launched early 2021
INTEGRA Aging Adults – customized for monitoring aging adults. Includes applications for health professionals, admin (from assisted living, hospitals, clinics, etc.), patients/consumers, and caregivers. These sets of applications include use of IoT (wearables and sensors) integrated into a patient app – and analyzed using LifeOnKey Rule Engine – and sending actions to LifeOnKey alert system, when analysis suggests something is wrong. The severity of the situation defines the action.
All applications and rules for the rule engine (to set the rules for monitoring) can be customized per client. Special alert dashboards for both health professionals, admins and patients/consumers.
This application was partially-developed as an AAL funded project (AAL-2014-192), together with a consortium of companies – Innovcare (see InnovCare). LifeOnKey has since then upgraded its part of the project – to come up with this innovative solution.

GAUCHER
INTEGRA Gaucher – customized for monitoring gaucher disease. Includes applications for health professionals, admin (from hospitals, clinics or payers), patients, and caregivers. All applications and rules for the rule engine (to set the rules for monitoring) can be customized per client. Special alert dashboards for both health professionals and patients
This application is in development together with the Gaucher Unit in Shaare Zedek hospital.
In development. Will be launched for Shaare Zedek early 2021, and commercialized Q3 2021.
PARKINSON
INTEGRA Parkinson – customized for monitoring Parkinson . Includes applications for health professionals, admin (from hospitals, clinics or payers), patients, and caregivers. These sets of applications include use of IoT and sensors (including insole, fall detector, etc.). All applications and rules for the rule engine (to set the rules for monitoring) can be customized per client. Special alert dashboards for both health professionals and patients.
Will be launched Q3 2021.
